Lobster is an island delicacy that is enjoyed by all, but is usually off the market for about four months each year beginning on the first day of April to the thirty-first day of July.
During this period it is unlawful to be in possession of them since allowance is being made for the marine creatures to replenish themselves.
Outside of this blackout period, lobster is fair game and can be found on the menus of all restaurants in all manners.
At Mr. Grouper’s Restaurant, lobster dishes are popular including crack lobster, curried lobster, grilled lobster, lobster pasta and lobster sandwich.
